There are plenty of hitch carriers that work great. No winch, just a ramp. I'm fabricating my own though because I want it to withstand the apocalypse, I have a bunch of scrap angle iron/aluminum channel, and I'm cheap.
This one has great and legit looking reviews and holds 600lbs which should be more than enough for anything shy of a Goldwing.

Have you considered using a trailer hitch mount? Of course it depends on bike weight but there are many for all sizes. Might change the handling of your truck more than you desire, but allows you to use the bedspace more efficiently.
