They are excellent for filling the holes in your knowledge, you can use them very freely, at your own pace, and prioritising what you need. They are monolingual, but that should be no problem at all, as you are not starting from zero. In books like these, you get an overview with explanations and great examples, and exercises with a key. They are very easy to use on your own and some of them also come with a CD. They don't beat around the bush, so you can improve rather fast.
When it comes to digital resources, Kwiziq is the best for grammar (paid, but worth the price), and there are awesome +Spanish vocab decks by Eunoia on decks.memrise (free).
Apart from that, you can add more and more books, tv series, songs, audiobooks to your routine. You will actually have to, if you want to get to a really good level. For start, you can have a look at lyricstraining, and readlang, those can make starting easier :-)
It will take time and efforts, but it will be worth it!
Good luck!
