I am glad he is gone for several reasons.

Reason 1 and more importantly, this man abused his power to sexually intimidate his staff and coworkers so fuck him.

Reason 2, Supergirl and The Flash badly needed someone else to run these shows as he is a shitshow of producer.

Large and afar one of the WORST stories I have read. He introduced Felicity in this story and made her WORSE than she has been portrayed in the show. This guy sucks on multiple levels.
