The brown alligator strap is still breaking in as it is brand new, so it's not quite comfortable yet. I got it from Amazon

The actual strap that comes on the Rodina is kinda junky but the design is pretty basic brown leather so there are lots of superior options available. I highly recommend Hadley-Roma for affordable high-quality straps. I've bought a few things from them and every one has been great and I think many other people will also testify to that.
I don't have links to AUS specific Amazon pages but you might consider something like this, this, or this. I personally have the last one along with one of their deployant clasps (18mm clasp for the 20mm straps!) and think it looks great.
My bad I should have done that. It's a really good band. Nicely padded, top layer and stitching are really high quality and the bottom is buttery smooth. Super comfy. No breaking in needed. Thoroughly impressed.
