To summarize as best as I can.

They do have some of the best healthcare, but at what costs? the problem isn't the healthcare, its the bill, and it is unaffordable.

All the good stories you hear are pre-election, etc. 'selling-points', its expensive and there are many expensive holes not being filled.

No matter what people say, it isn't a nationalized healthcare system like Canada (which isn't as great as it sounds either), the UK is done by regions with regional managers ... there are bids for some services and mandates for others.

They are putting alot of this on credit and future promises. When the bill comes due, it will be ugly.
