Ok, I had my math wrong, they’re $0.80 each, but are filled with a candle already!

Here’s the link on Amazon. They all arrived in perfect condition. Really well packaged.

Through my research I've found it's cheaper to buy them already filled than to have to buy candles+holders. There are lots of ways to DIY decorate the glass as well.

Maybe let your photographer know that there will be a lot of candlelight, I think if the lighting is pretty low it can get tricky or they have to use flash. They'll know what's best but can't hurt to make sure he or she is prepared.
