For the whole story, you're looking at something like this. Jeph Loeb is on Hulk, Greg Pak does a Skaar solo.
Then a couple crossovers.
Then back to business as usual. Jeff Parker is now on Hulk, Greg Pak is on Incredible Hulks.
Incredible Hulks ends first, moving onto Jason Aaron's short run. Then Hulk ends, with its numbering continuing as Red She-Hulk, still written by Jeff Parker.
In Marvel Now!, Red Hulk is leader of a Thunderbolts team, while Banner comes to an arrangement with SHIELD. A new She-Hulk series is on the way, also.
