EDIT: I know it has a faster clock speed, but it also has a greater latency, and I have read before 2 sticks are preferred to 4. How will this be reflected in a gaming pc? Would I be able to tell any difference?

Seriously, I tried to draw it next to my sketch for the MBP 13" size. It barely fits on the paper. I really can't think of any reason why I would want to buy such a big laptop...

You linked a more expensive machine, that weighs almost double (so it makes a really crappy carryaround laptop) with far worse build quality and no customer support in my country. What makes it so good? The processor and graphics card? What if I told you I don't play games?
It's completely fine if you prefer to use different laptops, or use them for games, but I and a lot of other people don't. If I wanted a machine for gaming, I would build a desktop. For me, laptops are meant to be lightweight and easy to carry around, have a long battery so I wouldn't have to charge it every time I use it and small enough to fit in my backpack. The MBP 13" does all of that.
To be fair, I am not even sure I would ever suggest the device that you linked to anyone. It's expensive, really big and weighs a lot. Not to mention there's far, far better options out there if you really want a laptop for gaming.

Note that I didn't include the screen or the battery, which will also cost quite a bit. Look at how much the actually hardware costs and think about how much of your money goes towards reliability and build quality.
Sure if you're talking about desktops, that might not be much of an issue (because you build and house them yourself). But for laptops - it's a really big deal. You don't really want a shitty build laptop that will fall apart, because you aren't going to replace the casing.
Yes, that ram (corsair dominator) is indeed very very good.
However, corsair dominator ram is really really expensive and will make almost no difference compared to cheap DDR4 like this.

16 gb of ram is between $100 and $140 on amazon right now. I have no idea why you're arguing about this when it's an easily googleable issue. RAM prices have increased over the last few months by a shitton, and now it's a pretty pricey upgrade. When I bought my 16gb of RAM it was $75, now it's almost twice that.
Ram is the issue here. 8 GB of ram is fine most of the time, but for a new game like Battlegrounds that requires a lot of physical memory to function properly, you'll need AT LEAST 8 gb of DDR4 RAM for the game to load all the textures properly.
DDR3 RAM will work with older games. However, DDR3 is quickly becoming outdated due to increasing map sizes and more complex graphical coding.

I currently have this ram (Amazon, Newegg) that I bought a few years ago. Its not being made anymore but I want to upgrade to 32gb. Would I be able to mix the set I currently have with this set? Didn't pick a case as this is up to you how you'd like it to look. The site doesn't seem to have DDR4 RAM on it, so you'll have to find that somewhere else as you can't use DDR3 (it damages the newer generation CPUs). Changed the PSU to a Seasonic one (they actually make EVGAs G2 series PSUs). Changed the MOBO to a Gigabyte one that is equally as good. Cheaper monitor with built in speakers (not any lower quality).
This 2x8GB deal is good, it will leave you with spare slots for upgrading in the future. This is good because you don't need to get rid of the RAM you already have. Are you planning on overclocking? Got details to share about the rest of your setup?

Ram is locked in tight, CPU_FAN plugged in, doubled check front panel pin placements, took out the PSU and verified cables tightly plugged in, still nothing.

If you're not looking into over-clocking you can save like $60 by going down to a i5-7500, H270 mobo instead of a Z270, EVGA 500w is almost $10 cheaper than the Corsair you picked, and lower DDR4 memory for another $10 or so.

EDIT 3: On the motherboard thing, do you plan to overclock or SLI? As far as I know, go for decent but cheap. Motherboards come with lots of features, most of them you will never ever use.

I would like to be vive proof. Also I want to mode skyrim pretty hard. I was thinking about i5-4690 (K or non K, don't know), would you still recommend i5-6500? I guess it's because of DDR4. I will probably pick the motherboard from those you listed that will be cheapest for me.
And I forgot to ask about if I should get sound card,I am using shure srh440 and might upgrade one day to better ones, but I am not sure if sound card will boost me anything.

If you want to stick with your current MOBO your best choice would be the i7-2700k. However, I would recommend you to upgrade to Skylake, which means new MOBO, CPU and new RAM.

If you would prefer a quality Z170 board with a black only theme, you might want to look at this board. LINK It is incredibly easy to OC with, great color theme (or lack of) and great built in features.
Remember on RAM for gaming (I did not read your first post so I have no idea of why you are building this PC but I am assuming it is for gaming), speed is less important than CAS. You chose high speed but also high CAS ram. You would be better off in looking for a 13 or 14 CAS rating RAM. Example to stick with black theme
Hitachi drives are not known for long term reliability. You may want to get a FireCuda (if gaming), other barry drive or a WD Black or 7200RPM NAS or Datacenter Drive.
Since you are spending $150 on an SSD, you may want to grab an M.2 drive for ease of cable management and additional speed. Smaller capacity or More expensive or Green PCB
PSU - I would get the 750w because it is on sale for a few dollars more than the 650w right now. It will allow a better efficiency because of where your system will land on the curve. Either is fine though.
I have no experience on monitors so I will not comment.

You're generally better off getting a smaller SSD, like 250GB along with a larger mass storage.
Swap that 1TB SSD for this 275GB SSD and this 2TB HDD. You're gonna save almost 100$ on this and have more storage.
You can also get some cheaper RAM like This Kingston HyperX FURY, yeah it's slower at 2133 mhz, butit really doesn't matter.
Now you have about 110$ left over which you can put into a better GPU. You can get a GTX 1070 for 399$ so you'd need to get an extra 20$ on top of your current funds. The 1070 offers substantially better performance than the 1060, you're easily looking at gaining 20-30 frames on average in most games.
