The title sentence reads "RC bishops" ... no restriction to a "space subset".

The target of the call specifies African leaders - Mugabe, e.g. can hardly be more corrupt than Ratzy Joe or Karol Wojtyla or Paul Marcinkus ......

Actually this is welcome news to the thousands of catholics around the world who have been campaigning for Vatican reform, ever since Bishop Paul Marcinkus caused the collapse of several Italian banks in the 1970's, by laundering Mafia drug money.
