It's honestly super simple. The hardest part is probably making sure you don't add too much or too little water.

I'd get something like this (https://www.amazon.com/Instant-Tteokbokki-Popular-Korean-Snack/dp/B07GT3HCH3) and add some shredded cabbage and ramen noodles. The link I gave is overpriced and I've never tried that specific brand, but if I want to make it at home I just grab one of these instead of making it from scratch.

For a "lux" meal, you can also add kim-mari (http://www.heytheresia.com/2018/02/resepgimmari-kimmari-korean-deep-fried.html), have some mandu and kimbap on the side. But yeah, having this at a street stall is the best.
