Should work, the w3550 uses a lot of power though so it's hard to say, I used to use one as well before I upgraded to a Xeon x5670, it may be worth upgrading to it as it uses less power, is faster, and cooler. TDP isn't how much power it uses, it's the Thermal Design Power and refers to heat production. The w3550 may bottleneck a 1060, you may also want to consider the GTX 1050 ti instead.

Edit: I also did another search and there seems to be a x5670 for $67. Would it be worth going with this CPU since it's $7 more?
