I rotate between konjac sponge (Missha), [these] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BSU7H5W?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00) face brushes that are cheap knockoffs of the Tosowoong and work amazingly well, and sillicone pad (I got mine from Sephora years ago but you can get a cheaper one from Diaso). Mostly I rotate because it takes forever for the latter two to dry, sometimes longer than a day, and I'm not comfortable with leaving them perpetually damp because of the risk of bacteria/mold. Of the three, I've found the konjac sponge to be the gentlest, then the brush, then the silicone pad. I like using the brush the best and the konjac sponge the least, because I don't like way the konjac sponge foams up into a thin, watery foam rather than a lush luxurious one. The silicone pad is easy when you're in a rush or when traveling because it doesn't need time to dry.

The one I use looks kind of like this one. The bristles are really soft and doesn't scratch at all.
