Nails: I use these super cheap, and I use super glue cause I work at a bar and they work really well. For me personally its not even really a transition cause when I'm in my hoodie and no makeup i still look mad young if it wasn't for my height. But I get wanting to dress up a bit sometime and feel like you're accurately expressing how you feel inside. Have fun!
