Uhm ignore the comment about formula. That's. No.

Ok.

First hugs you're doing so great!!

Is your back killing you bc you don't have support back there? Bc game changer for me and sidelying was buying a half moon bolster pillow! Oh. My. God. Lol. I didn't even buy it for that purpose, but I tried it one night and ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

This is the one I have, but seriously I'm sure anyone of those half moon pillows would work

Also, teething is a bitch. Mine is cutting 2 right now! Breastmilk pops have saved us. But I know it's hard for you to get any extra milk out . Do you only do sidelying? If not, for some of your other nursing sessions, add a haakaa on to your non nursing side. This is all I use and I've been able to pump a couple oz a day! At first it wasn't more than an ounce if that but eventually you get a tiny bit more each time.

As for the spitups, we had that too! Have you looked into the possibility of it being a dairy protein intolerance? That was it for us. And of course having a weak gut (he was on antibiotics) so we also added probiotics into the mix and night and day for us. Suddenly he wasn't spitting up! And he was feeling so much better.

You're also going through the hell that is the 4 month sleep regression. Very bad timing ๐Ÿ˜ฅ so between that and what seems like her being hungry bc of a potential growth spurt and the teething....you're going through the most!!

Another option that might be worth it since you've been at it for a month is to buy a floor mattress and cosleep with her there. Last resort though cuz I know that shit ain't cheap. But you know, if you get like a thin ish one, you could also later use it for your baby to crawl around on and have as a play space?

How's your supply? If it's slowed down, I might be tempted to also maybe up my galactagogues intake but that of course is at your discretion. But some lactation cookies can't hurt! If nothing else.... chocolate chips!

Also, maybe baby wear her to give yourself a tiny bit more mobility/freedom and she might even nap! Mine totally used to nap in his carrier at that age.
