This sort of won out in his mind over CelluCotton (Rayon) only because the Japanese cotton is organic. Other than that, they were virtually tied.

I bought a bag of this recently and it's amazing. I have no break in period and the flavor is amazing. If you search you can find it under $10 on amazon. I have also used Koh Gen Do cotton. It had a day or two break in time, but was great after that.
Between the two I prefer the MUJI, for the lack of a break in period and it roles great with the scottish role method.

Been using it for a year while occasionally testing other cottons, and as long as you do a "scottish roll" it's as good or better than any vape specific cotton. There's nothing they can say about the order because it's for makeup removal and cleaning wounds.
If you can't buy from amazon, I'm sure you can find it from some other place.
