That is really strange. Do they turn on the heater or filter the air? If not, maybe try leaving the window open to let some of the humid outside air in?

I've experienced something similar. I went to college in a humid location so I could always feel the difference in humidity when I'd move between there and home. I had trouble adjusting to the dry air of home for a while and my face would get in trouble for it. What helped were these face masks which basically had lots of water and humectants like glycerin and hyaluronic acid. What I usually did was wash my face and put them on for like 5 minutes or until my face felt saturated. Afterwards my face would be a little sticky but felt really good.

Actually the ingredients were in Japanese so I didn't realize why they were working; my friend just told me they were doctor-approved and I liked them. Now I figure that the humectants draw a lot of water to the skin, and that it didn't draw the moisture away from my skin but drew it from the existing ingredients because I had already washed my skin and soaked it well. So use humectants on damp skin! Also they may have helped because I basically applied the water/humectant mixture to my skin for 5 minutes via the mask medium until my stratum corneum was soaked.

I saw these in Ranch 99 and Marina :). Asian supermarkets.
