Let me change your life....

http://myvolts.com

MyVolts is a company that makes USB power cables for gear ranging from 5v-18v. You can then pair this with a battery bank. I use the 20000mAh Anker power bank and the 50000mAh Krisdonia bank. Whatever bank you use, make sure they output at least 2A from their USB ports. Both are available on Amazon.

This allows me to power everything from Volkas to Elektron gear, whatever I want to take on the go with me. I buy one of these to keep with every new device I add to my studio. Honestly, I hate digging out wires once I put something in place in my studio so I leave the power supply that comes with my device in place and rely on ripcords and USB power blocks or power banks when I take gear out on the road. But that’s just me. I’m a bit extra and label both ends of every cable I own and route everything in my studio through patchbays. Anyhow, on to the links....

The cables are called “ripcords”

Here’s the Krisdonia power bank I mentioned (won’t pass TSA because it’s too large of a capacity)

Here are smaller TSA friendly banks from Anker and Krisdonia:

What kind of laptop?

Most likely you can replace the battery with one that has more capacity. You can also use a power bank to charge your laptop. Try searching for laptop power banks on amazon. It'll be easier if your laptop uses USB-C charging and you get a power bank with USB-C Power Delivery.

This one looks pretty good and is pretty universal. This one has a lot more capacity for the same price, but you might need to figure out what adapter (included) to use if you don't have USB-C charging.

Generally:

Portable chargers - might get your phone to 50%. They are meant to be small and easy to keep with you if you can't plug in your phone to charge.

Battery packs (more commonly marketed as power banks) - much bigger and heavier with a lot more power. A fully charged power bank can easily charge a phone multiple times and often have multiple ports for charging multiple devices at once, and have a laptop port for charging a laptop.

For either, the main thing is "mAh" Your phone for example has a certain mAh you can find by googling your phone model specs. Say your phone has a 1000mAh battery. A little 500mAh portable charger will only be able to charge the dead phone to less than 50%

A good power bank will be rated around 5000mAh. For example this one: https://www.amazon.com/Krisdonia-50000mAh-Portable-Battery-Charger/dp/B074N1B15F I'm not recommending it as I have never used it. Just an example of the wording used. Do note that they are not all TSA approved. They will generally brag about being TSA approved which just means the quality is higher (in theory) which means less likelihood of fire. In my experience, TSA doesn't care or check and I had one that wasn't TSA approved and went through a ton of abuse with no safety issues.

Went on a journey to research better alternatives from a company standpoint at least.

What I found is this company: "Krisdonia"

Here's a Krisdonia product that is similar to the OmniMobile 25600:

Krisdonia 50000mAh Laptop Power Bank (185Wh)

They also sell a USB C converter if that's something you might want.

As for a substitute for the OmniCharge Ultimate:

Krisdonia also made this absolute unit.

Please keep in mind that none of them can be charged via solar. However, while they're charged via outlets, they both also support pass through charging. To use the pass through charging from what I can tell, is that you press the power button for 2 seconds while the power bank is being recharged. Works for both of the models I listed.

I did find other banks like these two, but neither of them were particularly powerful enough for that laptop of yours! And I myself I'm looking into powerful power banks for future reference as I am a power user. Both of those products, while they aren't as feature heavy as OmniCharge's offerings, the features they do have either are at worst, slightly lower than OmniCharge products' specs, and at best, completely annihilates them. Case and point, the capacity of the two power banks from Krisdonia I listed. And to my knowledge that is one of the main issues with OmniCharge right now outside of customer service, is the dodgy cheap chinese battery cells they're using. That point in particular is why I myself went to look for something possible better.

Hope this helps!

PS: The 50000 mAh powerbank is roughly the price of the OmniMobile, while the 60000 mAh powerbank is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the OmniUltimate.

I wanted to respond to this thread sooner, but I had to shift through the many pages on Amazon looking up vague and broad terms, then go through those pages of each of those terms, which is how I finally found Krisdonia. From what I can tell, they're very unknown but they sell good products. Stellar even. I'm personally eying the 60000 mAh one as I'm not a expert when it comes to DC shenanigans, so I rather just have a outright outlet.

Sorry for the long reply! Really wanted to make sure I put as much information as possible for what it is. Hope this helps!
