I pumped while driving on my way to work (anywhere from 15-30 minutes). I used a hands free bra, the lactamed was fantastic! It fit easily over my clothes, and being larger chested, the size adjustment was great! I picked the cheapest color choice and at the time yellow was only about $9 I believe.
My process was:
Get in car, put on hands free bra, put on flanges with bottle attached, buckle seat belt, then attach hoses. I had been given a nursing cover and car pumping was the only time I used it. Once I was I finished I would place the bottles in the cup holders until I could cap.
