if you're a decent height person, replace your shower arm with this. It made my showers so much more comfortable.

I use this adjustable shower extender arm. https://www.amazon.com/Extender-Rainfall-Adjustable-Extension-Straight/dp/B01M1DSC53/ref=as_li_ss_tl?crid=22HKZG8DNIHLA&keywords=shower+extender+arm&qid=1564757752&s=gateway&sprefix=shower+e,aps,154&sr=8-7&linkCode=ll1&tag=justtall65-20&linkId=fa56ccfcc00aba36238028878efe88c8&language=en_US
Super easy to install and remove if you're in a rental.
I'd recommend an S-pipe if you own the place. https://www.amazon.com/LDR-Industries-520-2419CP-Shower/dp/B0058FQJNY/ref=as_li_ss_tl?crid=22HKZG8DNIHLA&keywords=shower+extender+arm&qid=1564757302&s=gateway&sprefix=shower+e,aps,154&sr=8-17&linkCode=ll1&tag=justtall65-20&linkId=f5fbcd48af0583d4caf62557d2b0a8a9&language=en_US
if you dont need the adustability, and just need it to be higher, this is a significantly less ugly version of that:
https://www.amazon.com/LDR-Industries-520-2419CP-Shower/dp/B0058FQJNY/
just to be clear, this replaces the downward facing shower arm where as the one OP linked attatches onto the end of the downward facing arm.
however, OPs is probably a safer install if you are renting.
These are life changers. https://www.amazon.com/Faucet-UA902-PK-10-inch-Adjustable-Shower/dp/B0064TYE9Y/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=shower+head+extender&qid=1569603640&s=gateway&sr=8-5
Or the slightly more work but better looking version.

I got it from here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0058FQJNY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_mMMVAbN4TTMAY
Join the club my tall brethren.
Fair warning, I have never used the device, it was just a quick search to illustrate a point. If this were me, I would find the local plumbing supply house where all the tradesmen go to buy plumbing parts, and ask them for an Offset Flange, or at least google offset flange and find one that is reviewed well. My question with using an offset flange is how to get the wax ring to work right, but probably wont bee too difficult.
Edit #1:
ALso, if you got something like this
https://www.amazon.com/LDR-520-2419CP-Shower-Flange/dp/B0058FQJNY/ref=sr_1_12_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1522868382&sr=8-12-spons&keywords=offset+flange&psc=1
You might be able to raise and steer the head closer to the shower door and bring it higher.
