If you aced ochem 343 and 345 biochem will be a breeze. It might be a good idea to take 507/508 though, as it is taught by the guys who literally wrote the book on the subject

No, you missed my point I think.
The radiated heat is EXCESS heat, you drinking cold water will just cause the body to dispell less heat.
The body dont care about the amount of heat it radiates, there will be zero increase in metabolism.
The nerves in your stomach and digestive tracts dont contain thermoreceptors, so your body will never "shiver" to increase the metabolism thus increase the heat.

Even if you swallowed icecubes youd achieve nothing other than the damage the cold might do. If, however, you digested enough cold water so that the energy you radiate is less than the energy needed to warm the water, then yes, but at that point you would be shivering. Your body dont just "increase chemical reaction x", which metabolic function do you even suggest that would be?

Also, unless you are in a room at 0 degree celcius, you are failing to account for the energy recieved.

To make sure I hadnt forgotten any of the basics from the bachelor/masters degree, I doublechecked both

Our body have no "use energy cycle", developing something like that evolutionary would just not occur. And the "increase heat cycle", which is achieved through increased mechanical work, as response a decline in temperature, requires input from thermoreceptors, which you dont have in your gut.
