This is a Lenovo IdeaPad 300. It has the 8GBs of RAM you requested but no SSD. It's bigger than 13 inches --it's 15. I respectfully disagree on the build quality comment. I believe Lenovo has the best of the three you mentioned. That's also why I went straight to the Lenovo product lines when I saw your request.
Other notes: Has plenty of storage at 1TB and the processor is an i7-6500U. That's great bang for the buck at that price point. Tell me what you think! I'm unsure if you can swap out the disc drive and throw in an SSD with a caddy. I'll keep looking.
