Yep. He was not alone at that. Jacques Bainville made a book in 1919 as an answer to Keynes, who was predicting prosperity and roses everywhere (what an idiot !)

Bainville was describing how a nationalistic germany would rearm, and invade its neighbor again, describing every step of what happened.
