Let me attempt a serious response longer than a one-word link (What the heck? This isn't Zen Buddhism.) I wouldn't go to any Christian service unless it was a funeral or similarly epic occasion when you have to support your family.

Christianity is false and idolatrous. It's a man-made religion prohibited by Noachide Law. Your very presence during a service of worship constitutes a form of tacit endorsement. They're worshipping a maverick rabbi as G-d. They deny and even condemn the Torah, the only Revelation He wrote. This is included in the book they've added:

“the old rule [will be] set aside, because it [is] weak and useless. The law of Moses [can] not make anything perfect” (Hebrews 7:18-19)

This is as anti-Torah as any of the world's religions stoops. "Judeo-Christian tradition" [sic] is an oxymoron the Children of Israel cringe at as the lesser of two evils. It's hard to imagine the middle ages being worse, but what if Jewish communities had actively confronted Christians about their idolatry, their theft of The Book entrusted to them and only to them, their inheritance straight from the Mouth of HaShem? Worse than suicide. (Joshua received a Big Thumbs-Up before his battles.) "Judeo-Christian tradition" is part of the uneasy truce of The 2000-Year War. This is the one religion you should stay away from.

Theoretically, certain flavors of Buddhism might be okay (I'm not sure). They don't worship anything. If "Enlightenment" is defined as some state of vastly reduced suffering via mediation ... I know this isn't practical advice.

You receive greater credit for a mitzvah you're commanded than one you're not. I've heard you get more points if it's hard. This is clearly hard for you = JACKPOT! You had to struggle to follow one of the Noachide prohibitions. (Personally I think the adultery one is the worst. It bans all the low-hanging fruit, Garden of Eden-style. It's the worst thing about Theism.)

How far does this prohibition extend? At work (and everywhere) I'm surrounded by Christians and atheists and people who can't be bothered to question such things -- but I'm not endorsing their theologies. If the subject arises (and it often does) I'm happy to engage in a dialogue with anyone.

Try to bring some of them with you. A simple facebook post with a link could make an honest statement that it's nothing personal.

I hope I don't sound glib. I know how hard it can be to withdraw from one's social network. When I quit drinking I suddenly realized that 99.9% of the time I spent with friends was in taverns. "Now what? Where do I meet women? Hang out in the supermarket?" You have a challenge ahead of you and I wish you the best. (Pro-tip: Don't start going to taverns.)

EDIT: Maybe don't rely on a facebook post with a link. That's the kind of jerky thing I'd do!
