getting rid of the cpu cooler(already suggested I know) and getting an ssd will be a great benefit if you can afford it later although good ssd's at 45 bucks are small so i'd stay with the hdd for now. for a monitor in that price range i'd recommend the Lg ultragear or the Viotek gn24cb

After extensive research yesterday I found that this is the best 24"144hz monitor. LG Ultragear 24GL600F-B 24 Inch Full HD Gaming Monitor with Radeon FreeSync Technology, 144Hz Refresh Rate, 1ms Response Time (2019) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NHSJ1RF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ETElDbHZ8JK57 it as everything anyone looking for this type of monitor would want plus it's been reviewed by Hardware Unboxed as working perfectly with G-sync and it has a crosshair overlay. I own the 240hz version 27" and ran into this when researching the AOC and Viewsonic and Dell monitor that went on sale yesterday.

This monitor seems to be pretty decent judging by the reviews (both amazon and reddit), and it's on a 25$ off. Would be thankful if you hit me up if something better comes up though. The S2419HGF reviews are pretty bad.

I would get the LG 24GL600F-B instead if I were you.

Is the 24” ultragear worth it?

Better monitor for same price (on sale right now)

I just ordered it, it had really good reviews out of all the budget 144hz monitors.

I think I'd switch to AMD for the better performance:

-Upgraded to the AMD 3700X with 3.6 Ghz, 8 cores and hyper-threading.

-Motherboard with some RGB, built-in wi-fi and good reviews.

-Dropped down to 16 GB of RAM, but increased the speeds. I think this would work great.

-Switched to a cheaper, but much faster M.2 NVMe drive. This will plug directly into the motherboard, no cables or wires needed.

-Slightly cheaper RTX 2070 Super. The reviews on the american newegg say it's a great card that runs cool and has a bit of RGB.

-I think this is an overlooked case. Great price, all black with a tempered glass window. I thought the cable management looked good too, here is a completed build on pcpartpicker that uses the same case.

-Similar PSU for the price. I added a bit more wattage for future upgrades or overclocking.

-Cheaper monitor, here are the reviews for it on the american amazon page.
