The recommendations regarding Nutrition Data and Calorie King are spot on, but I totally get your frustration regarding figuring out how much to eat, though if your goal is just to gain weight (regardless whether from muscle or fat) it shouldn't be too hard. Get a food scale so you can count calories accurately if you're worried about eating too little, but too much really isn't a problem if gaining weight is your goal. Get a body weight scale too so you can figure out how many calories you approximately need to keep gaining (if you see you're losing or just maintaining weight, you know you'll need more calories).
