I just picked up the Beyond the Solution BB Cream by Lioele and while it's my first time wearing it today I am totally in love with it already.

I am also pale, and I believe I have neutral to cool-leaning undertones.

Previously I was using a variety of the Dr Jartt BB creams (I got a set of minis) and I really love those, but they don't seem to play as nicely with my moisturizer/primer (either belif aqua bomb or smashbox primer oil). The Lioele went on so smoothly and beautifully, it just looks like skin.

oooh, I know, I know! Try the Lioele Beyond the Solution BB (not the triple one, that has sunscreen). I'm NW 15-20 and love it. You may be able to find samples of it since one of the big AB companies used to send them out all the time (Jolse, maybe?). I do use a real sunscreen underneath it which acts as a primer. Works so well. When I'm lazy I use the Missha M cushion in 21, but that one definitely settles a little bit and is a tad light even for me.
