Awesome response, thank you so much! You and your son might find this book helpful: Living Well On The Spectrum. I keep recommending people books in this thread but I'm a big reader and researcher and you've all helped me so much, I just want to give back! You also might want to check out the other resources I linked.

It does sound like nutrition education and counseling could help and it's great that he's shown interest in food. You're several steps ahead already. Maybe together you can purchase one of the books I mentioned in this thread and work through it together, because I take it he is older? That might be a good approach with teens.
