Can not imagine life without a Luna lullaby nursing pillow http://www.amazon.com/Luna-Lullaby-Nursing-Pillow-Chocolate/dp/B001M4HPU6... Going strong still with baby number 2. I use that and a recliner with arm rest and pillow behind my back. With my second I even brought that pillow to the hospital.
