The one that says "Out" is definitely the one you want. It's kind of dark and I can't 100% make it out, but it looks just like a 1/8th audio or perhaps a phono plug. Could you take another picture and try to click on that out jack with your phone so it focuses the image?
Does the in and out jack's stick out about a quarter inch?
Edit: If it's what I think it is, it's going to be a mono RCA/phono plug. Something like this is what you need to adapt it to a more common jack that would plug into a computer or other stereo or recording device.
