BB cream with a silicone-free powder for shine seems to work the for my skin (fair, combo-dry). I’ve found this bb cream by Manyo Factory and powder by Physicians Formula to work the best. The bb cream will still look flakey though if I use too much, so I use about a pea sized amount and it’s plenty for my face and neck.
