Well, it is a hassle, sort of, but covering up also prevents skin issues from the sun. I allow some sun to get vitamin D but both of my parents have had several skin cancers and I am high risk.
If you work outdoors you can get acclimated to the weather if you are healthy, although I see people doing construction work and riding motorcycles wearing shorts. Nope, not me, clothes are protection. 90ยฐ weather is not that bad if you are used to it.
As for the bug zappers, they attract with light and can get moths, which are not a pest.
