I've been in the opposite position. We didn't really know what the problem was though. We were living in the Twin Cities and so our couples therapist was also from Minnesota... she didn't understand the problem either. She thought I should have understood more than I did.

Our relationship didn't survive.

A year later I read this book and figured it all out.
