There are tons of great ideas on here! Gonna have to try some of these for sure.
I'm doing a couple of things... I picked up a 3-pack of Moleskine journals and started a handwritten pregnancy journal since the day we got a BFP. Planning to fill one journal per trimester, documenting symptoms, notes and letters to BB, day-to-day stuff... etc. Hubster is taking week to week pics of me to document how my belly grows (so far, all I've done is lose weight).
Oh and I'm trying to participate in Daily Chats as much as possible. I'd like to look back after BB is born, gather all the notes, and make a fun scrapbook or something :)
Symptom of the day: HEART PALPITATIONS. Or whatever it is that's making me feel my heartbeat speed up and my lungs get out of breath for a few seconds. I have to dry cough to "catch my breath". I'm already not drinking tea, coffee, or soda (except the necessary diet ginger ale). I had this symptom before pregnancy when I was stressed but it feels more frequent now.
