Also, I plan to use this for other games too not only Skyrim so I'd like to stick with the 3600, just to make sure that I can comfortably play modern stuff also.

What makes the SSD mandatory? Is it just crappy load times or is it other things like FPS hits and instability. If it's just load times I'm cool with long ones up to like 10 seconds, but if it's anything above that then I'd consider an SSD.

Now I normally would not recommend blower-type cooler, but this is such ridiculously good deal (normally they sell for 400-500 canadabucks). It's around 20% better than 1660Ti while being cheaper... Even beats Rtx2060. I don't know why it's so cheap, but you should get one right now.

I know people have hang ups on blowers in terms of heat and noise, but these prices are pretty good.
