Beast of a laptop and very light.
The helios and Nitro 5 are decent gaming laptops but they have thermal issues that you could only get around by undervolting and repasting which is not for everyone. The MSI GP73 Leopard-609 is not a perfect laptop in terms of cooling but its handles games well and has a high refresh rate that will help your gaming experience. To keep cool its fans constantly run and never stops to idle (it is not too loud though)
If you want to stay below the $1000 mark through you could also consider the Dell G3 which will save you some cash but is a weaker gaming machine. It would still be able to list the games you listed well through
