You should go with an AMD card anyway. It's not really a good service to your friend to let him buy the worse pick just because you are not used to buying AMD. The R9 380X really is a lot better.

To go with the stock cooler is perfectly fine.

That mainboard is way too expensive for a Z97 board. 4GB ram are also not enough today. It's better to move this to skylake and have a proper basis for the future. You also absolutely need an SSD in this budget area – you don't want the PC to feel as slow and sound as it was 10 years old.

This would be my suggestion:

Indian here, wait for the new APUs to launch and then build a APU based system. That is the best you can do in this price range if you want to build a gaming PC right away. Otherwise proceed with the i3 system recommended below if you can wait to upgrade to better graphics (Inbuilt Iris are decent and should be fine for 2011 games)

The AMD A6 is complete shit. It can not even run GTA V at 720p Low which is a very well optimized game, so of course you can't run.

Either way, for 20K you can get almost the same PC as the one you are buying used.

My suggestion : Buy a cheap i3 based system for now and then upgrade the GPU whenever you have the money. Here's the breakdown.

Cabinet : 1k - Since we are on budget. Just get anything with two-three decent fan openings. Can't expect more in this budget.

Edit : You can find these cabinets in any local shops for 1K to 1.5K. Don't spend more than that. You should always be able to find one for 1K. That's the standard price for cheap local cases.

PSU : Get a Corsair VS450 or an Antec VP450. They should be around 2.5K. Prefer the Antec Version even if it costs a little more. It's better. - 2.5K (Total:3.5k)

CPU : i3 6098P : 8K : http://www.amazon.in/gp/offer-listing/B01A3N74YS/ref=dp_olp_new_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=new : Solid Platform for future upgrades for graphics cards. Won't bottleneck the 1050 Ti at all. Decent inbuilt graphics. Total (11.5k)

Motherboard : MSI H110 : 4.3K : http://www.amazon.in/MSI-H110M-PRO-Generation-MotherBoard/dp/B01649FUXM/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1478362816&sr=1-1&keywords=H110 (Total : 15.8)

RAM : 4GB DDR4 : 1.8K : Yes, you will have to upgrade to 8GB in the future. http://www.amazon.in/Corsair-Vengeance-2400Mhz-PC4-19200-CMK4GX4M1A2400C16R/dp/B01ARGVZPU/ref=sr_1_8?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1478362996&sr=1-8&keywords=DDR4 (Total : 17.6k)

So, I would suggest you to build this 21K PC instead. It uses all new components. All you have to do is upgrade the RAM and graphics card in the future and you can literally max out games at 1080p and still be playable.

So, seriously, go for this build instead and get a 1050Ti or a 470 later down the road. It can support both fairly well.

That AMD A6 PC is more or less dead anyway. It would be frustrating and would suck. Stay away from it.
