Looked at the ingredients, basically a fancy protein shake. Treat it as such and fit it into your daily caloric budget. You'll be fine.

EDIT: Users do report intestinal distress, though; I'd stick with one scoop per day and not eat it on an empty stomach. Maybe even break it into smaller portions. So I'll get straight to it.

I'm a 16 y/o 110 pound male and I am trying to bulk up enough that I can turn that extra weight into lean muscle.

I have a general idea on exercises and what not so I was wondering if anyone was at a similar place and could give any tips.

And finally I was wondering if weight gainers are worth the money and if y'all have any suggestions.

Go to amazon.com and search for "weight gainers". They usually contain 1000Kcal or more (much more calories than a typical protein shake). Try and find one high in calories and good reviews to try.
