Reading your comments, I don't believe you are my husband shopping for our first anniversary on Friday, haha. So here are my ideas:

Either the Becca The One Perfecting or NARS Ita Kabuki contour brushes. They are both a unique shape and work wonders if your GF likes to contour (dark in the cheek hollows/light on top of cheek bones to give shape to the face).
A good makeup remover, my favorite is the Boscia Makeup Breakup Cool Cleansing Oil. This stuff literally dissolves all my makeup and makes my oily skin feel fresh and moisturized.
Is she a fan of Pulp Fiction? Urban Decay as a mini Pulp Fiction/Mia Wallace collection out currently, and that red lipstick looks absolutely luscious.
