Biotin and Vitamin E are the big ones. My sister uses these but low amounts are in most women-centric multivitamins.

Also prenatal vitamins when not pregnant can be bad for you, probably OK for a bit but not good over time. Also I would suggest iron if your young and having peroids, low iron can cause shitty nails.
