As for the bloggers I used several sites that keep them all in a catalog type thing and I searched by keyword. One is IndieReviewer and the other is The Book Blogger List. A word of caution though, you have to check each individual link and review policy before submitting your query. Some charge fees but most are free. Some have email addresses and some have WordPress sites. Also, some links don't work and some only include your keyword because it's something they don't read.
I spent three days going through the entire list of a single keyword so it's definitely a time suck.
