I’d strongly suggest this book. I’ve read hundreds of Node articles over the years and this book is one of the best sources of design patterns there is: https://www.amazon.com/Node-js-Design-Patterns-server-side-applications-ebook/dp/B01D8HIIFU

A bit condescending. I think this guy knows what he is doing. He wrote a well recieved book.

It seems like it is a well-structured project which works really well. I might even use to build a toy app at the weekend

I just got this book: https://www.amazon.ca/Node-js-Design-Patterns-Mario-Casciaro-ebook/dp/B01D8HIIFU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1495825666&sr=8-1&keywords=node+design+patterns

And it is truly a treat to read... I feel like it's a good book to help up your game from junior to intermediate.
