I had braces as a teenager. I know they SUCK right now, but when they come off you will be so glad that you did it.

So, OK, here is one in the light of the TV and computer and here is one taken in my bathroom. Angle is kind of crap in that second one - my eye isn't droopy and my nose isn't THAT crooked (got whapped in the face playing soccer and basketball as a kid - goalie or fullback and guard respectively).

There isn't anything I dislike exactly. I'm very self-conscious of my abdominal area. After two kids and then being about 50 pounds overweight... The weight aside, I try to remember that is where I carried and nourished and loved my two amazing boys before they came into the world. I try to dress to flatter the rest of my body (I have a great rack and hips!!! I look like a WOMAN.)
