I use my Jade roller in the morning after I cleanse my face. I use it to help my skincare products absorb quicker , to brighten my skin , help with circulation. All this takes me about 5 minutes. In the evening I use it the same way as I do in the mornings with the exception of adding a neck massage. I usually use it for at least 15 minutes in the evening. As for results, I think its tightened my skin but it took almost 4 months to see noticeable results.
