It seems to be much cheaper ($54.14+tax&shipping vs $84.99 no tax or shipping) on amazon.

The Ogio Metro has been a great buy for me. Lots of pockets and space.

We got a bunch of Ogio Metro backpacks from a CycleGear a few years ago; they were blowing them out for $20 or so. I'm the only one in the family who rides, but we figured they were just pretty good backpacks for the price, so we got 3-4-5 (can't remember) for the kids to use for school.

It's pretty good. It's held up to a lot of abuse. And I jerry-rigged a chest mount for my GoPro by drilling slots in the black plastic base it came on, and running the backpack's chest straps through the slots. (Why yes, I am a cheap so-and-so.)

I was going to recommend an Ogio backpack too. A few of the office guys just got these Metro backpacks to carry their laptop, iPads, and other nesseceties. I opted for the messenger bag style of the same set up. These Ogio bags are BAMFs

Ive have something like THIS for ~ 5 years. I have bad knees and never had a problem (the chest strap ... holds the two shoulder straps together in the front ... helps a lot)

I just wanted to throw in my 2-cents here and suggest an Ogio backpack. They are sturdy, look really nice, have a lot of storage (most have a laptop slot), and are comfortable to wear for long periods. They also include a lifetime warranty if I remember correctly.

I own this one: http://www.amazon.com/OGIO-611105-0392-Metro-Backpack/dp/B000NRTCJ0

I used it when I was in high school and I still use it today for light backpacking hikes (I've had the bag for over 12 years!)
