I've been trying to bulk up and put on muscle. I'm 110lbs and I'm not comfortable in my own body. At all. I feel weak and think women don't find me attractive for my very slender body. I don't like being slender.

I'm not sure what kind of bodyweight fitness I can start with though. The diet and keeping the diet is difficult. I'd rather not "dirty bulk".

I've struggled with bipolar/depression my whole life and when I'm hit with it, I lose my appetite thus ruining my attempt to bulk up and improve my appearance and continuing the cycle of "I don't like how I look". I begin to self-deprecate and don't want to eat at all.
