This is true. I talked with my coach about it, though, knowing that I needed to add in protein if I really wanted to see gains and he suggested the hydrolyzed whey isolate, as it is lactose reduced/lactose free. I buy this stuff and it doesn't bother my stomach at all. Most paleo people I know are only about 80% paleo so I am fine with 95%!
