I dumped my pouches into this

OXO Good Grips Pop Canister 2.4 Quart https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B000UHWVGY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_1--IBbZ3G60W4

It's small and air tight and keeps the powder fresh after opening.
I use it for hol food too, instead of keeping the giant tub on my counter!

I put the ones I use most in these oxo pop containers: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000UHWVGY/ref=aw_d_var_2nd_kitchen_img?vs=1 they also have a stainless steel lid if you have stainless steel appliances or just prefer the look but they cost more.

I buy brown rice flour and sorghum flour through amazon subscribe and save (15% off and free shipping) and they come in a 4 pack of 24 oz bags. I buy tapioca starch at 99 ranch (California Asian grocery chain) for $.89 per 14oz bag. Flax meal from Costco in a big 3lb bag. Masa for corn tortillas from local grocers. These all get stored in the pop containers.
