Unfortunately it looks like zoom wide glass for your particular camera is crazy expensive. If you had something like a Canon t6i a 10-18mm would be 300$
Here are the lenses I was able to find, it doesn't appear Rokinon or Sigma offer a zoom lens suited for your needs.
Panasonic 7-14
Panasonic 7-14 No Warranty
Olympus 9-18
In the UK, I recommend the new GH4R ([£1199 in the UK] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0156X5MYO/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=19450&creativeASIN=B0156X5MYO&linkCode=as2&tag=hybrcamerevo-21)). It is a little more dear than the GH4E, but it has V-Log L already built-in and doesn't have the typical EU 30 minute recording limit.
I have the 14-140mm lens and it is great for outdoors, but terrible indoors and in low light.
If budget permits, you might want to consider the [£159.99 Panasonic 25mm f1.7 lens] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B014X35XLU/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=19450&creativeASIN=B014X35XLU&linkCode=as2&tag=hybrcamerevo-21) for low light, indoor settings.
For outdoor sports, I recommend the [£255 Panasonic 45-175mm power zoom] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005JSC3H6/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1634&creative=19450&creativeASIN=B005JSC3H6&linkCode=as2&tag=hybrcamerevo-21).
Here are the results the power zoom can deliver:
