The good news is that your Pinterest is super focused! Your style is so clearly defined, it's really excellent. From what I see, you like bold matte solid colors paired with black and white prints, in professional, tailored feminine silhouettes. And belts. Your pictures include a lot of belts.
The belts may have to go, but I don't see why the rest of it still can't be achievable. You may not be able to do the super tailored looks (except on special occasions when your husband can zip you up, haha), but there are plenty of options in soft knits with no closures whatsoever. I'm assuming that, on lower pain days, you can still do more fitted things, so I think this outfit is the ideal you could aim for—that dress is a pull-on, and the jacket could easily be swapped for a comfy knit one or a cardigan. I have no idea what your limitations are on shoes, but comfy shoes have also come a long way beyond ugly orthotics.
