Might be worth checking out Silverstone PSU Cable Extensions like this one on Amazon - they're relatively cheap and good quality from what I've heard.
My power supply manufacturer (EVGA) only do modular cables, not extensions. Case manufacturer (corsair) don't do individually sleeved cables at all. I think I've found some decent ones for a good price:
